Mosaic

At some point in life, we all need help. Whether struggling with depression or trying to enjoy a healthy marriage, finding hope can be difficult. Sometimes professional counseling can provide that help and some forward movement.

Because Mosaic is a Christ-following community that lives by faith, is known by love, and offers a voice of hope, Mosaic’s counseling ministry seeks to offer a voice of hope in difficult times and “bind up the brokenhearted” (Isaiah 61:1, ESV).

Nathan Futrell, MA, LPC

Nathan received his master’s degree in marriage and family counseling in 2009 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.The majority of Nathan’s professional experience consists of couples/marriage counseling. Numerous things exist to wreak havoc on marriage. No one gets married to be miserable. Breakdowns in communication occur. Both spouses feel unheard or unappreciated, and over time, destructive arguments or emotional distance and isolation creep into the marriage. Nathan works with couples to correct breakdowns in communication, to restore and rebuild the foundation of the marriage, and to help couples once again experience a satisfying and rewarding relationship.

Nathan is certified to administer premarital and marital tests through the PREPARE/ENRICH program. He has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and he incorporates Gottman method Couples Therapy in his work.

When, Where and How Much?

• Appointments are available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm and on Sunday from 1pm to 6pm.
• Mosaic is located at 817 W. Park Row in Arlington directly across from Arlington High School.
• Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $40 per session payable by cash or check.
• Clients are asked to download the pre-session form here and bring it completed to their first session.
